Maintenance Technician / Handyman

TPM, Inc. has been managing residential real estate since 1976. We are looking for a full time handyman/maintenance technician to help with repairs, updates, and preventative maintenance in the properties we manage. Employees must have your own vehicle, but we do reimburse for gas. Applicant should have at least 2 years experience in residential maintenance and repairs. You don't need to know every aspect of the wide field of maintenance as we are willing to do some training. Skills and Abilities we are looking for: Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge (outlets, light fixtures, leaky faucets, disposals), sprinkler systems, swamp coolers, clearing drain lines, minor finish carpentry, etc... Maintenance Technician must be able to communicate properly with customers and co-workers. Will be required to perform physical labor (climb ladders, bend, stoop, and routinely lift over 50 pounds). Must be able to work inside and outside in all types of weather. Technician must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass background check.
