HANDYMAN/MAINTENANCE PRO

Job Summary We are looking for a versatile and proactive Handyman/Maintenance Pro to keep our facilities in top shape. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for fixing, maintaining, and improving various aspects of our property. Whether it's handling electrical issues, performing repairs, or overseeing general upkeep, your skills will ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle diverse maintenance tasks with confidence and professionalism. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly. Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, welding, and mechanical components. Use schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems efficiently. Operate tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to assess system performance. Oversee residential painting projects and perform general facilities maintenance to enhance property appearance. Assist with projects that require leadership or supervising experience while ensuring safety standards are upheld. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance, manufacturing environments, or residential repair work. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience and familiarity with schematics. Skilled in welding Demonstrate the ability to oversee projects and being a part of a team. Qualifications Looking for someone who is reliable and hardworking and who is not afraid to get their hands dirty. No specific certifications required, just real experience.
