One of our clients is looking for a Maintenance Technician in Salt Lake City, UT. 84123 .
Duration:
12 months Shift- 1st Shift|Monday-Friday|0600-1430 Number of positions: 5 Pay range - $25-27/hr. on W2 without benefits Job Summary We are hiring a Mold & Maintenance Technician to handle plastic injection mold maintenance and support automated assembly machines. The role involves basic troubleshooting, machine operation, and ensuring smooth production in a cleanroom environment. Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance of injection molds (cleaning, assembly, repair)
- Operate and monitor assembly machines
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical and machine issues
- Conduct visual quality inspections
- Use basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Maintain documentation and shop cleanliness Requirements
- High School Diploma / ITI / Diploma
- 1-3 years experience in mold maintenance, machine operation, or similar role (preferred)
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read drawings and use hand tools
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 20-50 lbs
