In this position you will perform maintenance on a variety of manufacturing & packaging equipment as well as perform and/or oversee general facilities maintenance. We are looking for a team player with strong work ethic. Job duties will include (but not be limited to): Successfully performing preventative maintenance on packaging & production equipment Maintaining logs of repairs as well as schedules for future repairs Troubleshoot equipment failures and find a solution to the root cause Maintain the building & complete necessary building repairs as needed. Sometimes this will include hiring a third party (like HVAC company) to complete repairs. Meet with management to give updates on maintenance activities

Required Skills:

Electrical experience in basic wiring controls Mechanical experience with motors, pneumatics, hydraulic, electrical instruments, and hand/power tools Experience in maintenance and repair of production and/or food processing equipment Basic construction knowledge & experience for building repairs We are looking for a self motivated individual who has experience but likes to learn new things. We will provide training on the equipment and preventative maintenance schedules, but it will be your job to take initiative & build upon that training as we grow. There will sometimes be repairs that come up that you might not have been trained on and you will have to use your base knowledge and skills to successfully complete those repairs. This would be a dynamic & fun job for someone who has experience as a service technician, mechanic, electrician, handyman or related field.
