Weekly Pay Direct deposit & debit card payment options Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Why You'll Love This Job Stable Monday-Friday schedule with consistent hours Temp-to-hire opportunity in a process-driven manufacturing environment Variety of equipment to work on (packaging, blending/mixing, conveyors, etc.) Build valuable experience with GMP/FDA standards and continuous improvement Duties & Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) to reduce downtime and extend equipment life Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment Maintain and support machinery such as encapsulation machines, stick pack equipment, mixing/blending systems, conveyors, and packaging lines Respond to breakdowns quickly and partner with production to restore operation safely Assist with equipment changeovers , adjustments, and basic calibrations as assigned Install, modify, and optimize equipment for efficiency and reliability improvements Document maintenance work accurately (work orders, PM logs, parts used, corrective actions) Support facility maintenance tasks as needed while keeping a clean, safe work area Follow all safety policies (including lockout/tagout where applicable) and GMP requirements Qualifications & Requirements Required Maintenance/mechanic experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong mechanical aptitude; able to diagnose issues and repair equipment efficiently Working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems Ability to work independently, prioritize repairs, and communicate clearly with production Comfortable in a production setting and able to follow GMP/safety procedures Preferred Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, or powder manufacturing Familiarity with packaging equipment, conveyors, motors/drives, sensors, and controls Experience with troubleshooting PLC-related issues (as applicable) and documenting work orders OSHA/safety training and lockout/tagout experience About our Client's Company This company manufactures high-quality health-focused products in a regulated environment where safety, cleanliness, and consistency matter.
