Maintenance Technician

Job Summary Responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure minimal downtime and continuous production. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on machinery Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical issues Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly Maintain maintenance logs and schedules Assist with equipment setup and calibration Work closely with production team to reduce downtime Requirements Basic mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience required Experience maintaining manufacturing equipment such as: paper converting machines (e.g., paper plate machines) printing machines air compressors conveyor / production line equipment preferred Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic repairs Experience with preventive maintenance programs is a plus Willingness to learn and be trained
