This role is responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections on building systems and production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations. ____________________________________________

Key Responsibilities:

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:

Perform routine inspections and scheduled maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Facility Maintenance:

Maintain and repair building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security systems, and structural components (doors, roofing, etc.).

Equipment Support:

Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery, tools, and equipment. Assist with installation and setup of new equipment as needed.

Work Order Management:

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and document completed work, repairs, and inspections accurately.

Inventory and Tools:

Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, parts, and tools.

Vendor Coordination:

Work with external contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance when required.

Safety and Compliance:

Follow all company safety policies and ensure work complies with OSHA and local regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in building maintenance, equipment maintenance, or a similar role Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently Basic computer skills (experience with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems is a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required Technical or vocational training preferred
