Landscape Maintenance Technician

Job Overview CPR Services is hiring Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team. This position works on landscape maintenance projects including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, cleanups, and general property upkeep. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in maintaining high-quality landscapes and working as part of a team. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to grow into Crew Lead and Foreman roles as the company grows. Responsibilities Mow, edge, trim, and maintain residential and commercial properties Prune shrubs, trees, and ornamentals as directed Assist with seasonal cleanups, weed control, and mulch installation Monitor irrigation systems and report issues or needed repairs Operate basic landscape maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers Follow route schedules, property specs, and directions from Crew Lead Maintain clean and safe job sites Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Work efficiently as part of a team to complete tasks on schedule Qualifications Landscape maintenance experience preferred Ability to perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly Experience with mowing, trimming, pruning, and landscape upkeep is a plus Equipment experience is a plus Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and positive attitude Pay and Benefits Pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement and leadership roles Overtime available during busy season Company growing with long-term opportunities Schedule Full Time Monday - Friday Occasional overtime
