Job Description

SHIFT:
MONDAY-FRIDAY TIME 8
00AM-5:00PM Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facility Maintenance Technician (Shopping Center) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general building maintenance, repairs, and construction-related tasks. This position requires a versatile individual who can independently troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various facility components while ensuring a safe and functional environment. Responsibilities Perform drywall repairs, patching, finishing, and painting as needed. Troubleshoot and repair lighting systems and electrical fixtures. Install, replace, and maintain interior and exterior light fixtures. Repair and replace bathroom plumbing fixtures, including faucets, toilets, sinks, flush valves, and related components. Perform woodworking and carpentry projects, including custom fabrication and repairs. Utilize wood shop equipment safely and effectively. Install and hang doors, including adjustments for proper operation. Install, repair, and replace door locks, hardware, and access components. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance throughout the facility. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition. Assist with other maintenance and repair projects as assigned.
