Plumbing Maintenance Technician Duties:

Assist with maintaining and repairing a variety of residential plumbing systems and fixtures (water heaters, drains, toilets, sinks etc.) Perform comprehensive plumbing system inspections for residential customer Identify potential issues before they become major repairs Complete routine maintenance on water heaters, fixtures, valves, and piping Document findings and communicate system health clearly to homeowners Provide recommendations that improve safety, efficiency, and long‑term reliability Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked service vehicle Follow all safety standards, codes, and Whipple operating procedures Build trust with customers through professionalism, education, and service excellence

Plumbing Maintenance Technician Requirements:

1+ years of residential plumbing or maintenance experience Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills Ability to communicate clearly with homeowners about system conditions Comfort working in crawl spaces, basements, and tight areas Valid driver's license Reliable, professional, and customer‑focused work ethic Ability to lift/move equipment and work in varying weather conditions Flexible availability and a team‑first mindset What We Believe In?
