Maintenance Technician Description Monarch Investment is actively hiring for a: Maintenance Technician position at Pecan Grove/Rosewood Apartments in Alexandria, LA! PAY:

$16-23 an hour On call every 4th week, $100 on-call bonus, up to $3,000+ a year in other bonuses

DAY TO DAY DUTIES

Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications Maintaining property grounds Preventative maintenance Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members

EXPERIENCE YOULL NEED

High school diploma or equivalent HVAC experience and EPA certification preferred 1+ years experience in general maintenance and 6 months in apartment maintenance preferred Some drywall experience including painting and carpentry Strong plumbing experience preferred Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures Have good verbal and written communication Be able to provide great customer service to our residents Be willing to go through basic training within 30/days A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview.
