Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and versatile Handyman/Laborer/Flooring professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will help ensure that properties are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing. Whether working on flooring projects, general repairs, or facilities maintenance, your proactive approach will contribute to the overall success of our operations. Duties Perform various repair and maintenance tasks including flooring installation, painting, carpentry, and drywall repairs Conduct facilities maintenance to ensure safety standards and operational efficiency Use hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively for repairs and installations Read schematics and technical diagrams to troubleshoot electrical or mechanical issues Assist with welding, electrical work, or plumbing as needed, following safety protocols Supervise or assist with subcontractors or junior team members on larger projects Maintain accurate records of work performed using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance and residential painting Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams related to electrical or mechanical systems Proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), welding techniques, and using an ohmmeter for electrical testing Electrical experience including troubleshooting circuits and understanding electrical schematics Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English Supervising experience in a maintenance or construction environment is preferred Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and documentation Leadership qualities with the ability to oversee projects and coordinate team efforts effectively Join us if you're eager to bring your hands-on skills to a vibrant team dedicated to quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
