Job Description

•Overview• RMP is seeking a reliable and professional Summer Maintenance Technician to support our team during peak turn season. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, takes pride in hands on work, and can efficiently prepare units for new occupants. Knowledge of basic handyman repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
Schedule:
Full time, Monday - Friday (approximately 8:30AM-4:30PM) Occasional weekend work, only as needed. Ideally, July through mid-August. •Requirements• High School diploma Must be reliable Own transportation Own basic tools Own a smart phone Minimum of 2 years property maintenance or handyman experience Knowledge of primary home systems and basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
