Job Description
We are hiring skilled, HVAC/EPA Certified Maintenance Technicians and Make Ready Technicians for apartment communities throughout Richmond and surrounding areas! Apartment maintenance technicians are responsible for general maintenance at the apartment community. Will be responsible for make readies, turns and work orders. Excellent customer service experience required and must have at least 1 year apartment maintenance experience and a reliable means of transportation. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times. Will be responsible for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair and a variety of maintenance tasks, including cleaning up the grounds.
