Maintenance Technician

Wall Residences is looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks at residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC (a plus but not required). Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repair work as needed Troubleshoot and fix minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues Assist with HVAC-related tasks (experience a plus, but not required) Ensure properties are maintained in safe and working condition Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC preferred Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks on schedule Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be able to lift and carry tools and equipment as needed Must be able to pass a background check
