Hotel Maintenance

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to ensure the seamless operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our property. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike, ensuring all systems function efficiently and repairs are completed promptly. Responsibilities Respond promptly to maintenance tickets and guest repair requests Perform routine maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, painting, and minor repairs Maintain cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, hallways, and exterior spaces Perform janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces Assist with groundskeeping, including light landscaping, snow/ice removal, and outdoor cleanliness Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies Ensure all work complies with safety standards and hotel policies Support other departments as needed to maintain smooth hotel operations Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance within a hospitality or residential setting; supervisory experience is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members, vendors, and guests effectively . Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces. Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial maintenance practices is advantageous but not required. Leadership qualities with experience supervising maintenance teams or projects preferred. Pay:

$14.00 - $14.50 per hour
