Industrial Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Perform electrical work, including motors and basic controls Weld and fabricate parts for repairs and improvements Rig, move, and install equipment safely Install and maintain compressed air and water lines Build and install continuous improvement projects on industrial equipment Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment Follow all safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For:

Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience or training in welding and fabrication Ability to read blueprints and schematics Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and machinery Safety-focused and detail-oriented Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in industrial environments with noise, heat, and machinery
