Perform maintenance duties related to the repair and maintenance of all manufacturing equipment, material handling equipment, plant utility systems, and any other facility systems as needed or required. Technician should also be able to troubleshoot electrical issues and repair as necessary throughout the entire plant and make repairs as necessary. A technician s goal will be to provide maintenance support to all areas of the plant to aid in the set up and production of products that meets or exceeds client specifications as needed. A technician will use documentation/instructions/drawings, etc., to perform each specific job task assigned and will complete those tasks in the safest manner possible.

DEMONSTRATES ABLITITY TO TROUBLESHOOT AND REPAIR HYDRAULIC, PNEUMATIC AND ELECETRICAL ISSUES, INCLUDING BUT LIMIITED TO

WIRING, PLC

CONTROLS, FUSES, BREAKERS, SOLENOIDS, MOTORS, GEARBOXES, ROLLERS, ETC., WITH ALL PRODUCTION AND FACILTITY EQUIPMENT. PERFOMS TROUBLESHOOTING USING THE USE OF PRECISON INSTRUMENTS, MEASURED OUTPUTS, VISUAL EXAMINATIONS, AND OTHER METHODS LIKE NOISE, VIBRATIONS AND
