Door Installer

We are looking for skilled and reliable Door Installers to join our team as independent subcontractors. This is a flexible 1099 position where you choose your own schedule and workload. Installers can earn between $50,000 - $120,000+ per year depending on the amount of work completed.

Requirements:

Experience installing residential and/or commercial doors Must have your own: Tools and Truck/van Must have General liability insurance (we can help guide you in getting coverage if needed) Ability to work independently and professionally Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Pass a background check - NOT

A CREDIT CHECK LEAD CERTIFIED

(will assist in getting you class trained if not certified)

Important:

This is a 1099 subcontractor position . No employee benefits are provided. Install a variety of doors, including interior, exterior, metal, and wood doors, utilizing hand tools and power tools effectively. Perform door hanging tasks, including aligning frames, securing hinges, locks, and handles with precision. Conduct modification of door components as needed to meet project specifications. Apply caulking and trim carpentry techniques to ensure a seamless finish around door installations. Must understand how to properly install doors including: Entry doors with sidelites, Storm doors, Interior doors, transoms and Patio doors. Ability to cut and install molding/trim Experience installing locksets and hardware Must be comfortable using common hand and power tools

Pay:

$51,093.95 - $120,000.00 per year
