Job Description

Now Hiring Maintenance Technician•
Direct Hire Forest, VA Pay Rate:
$24.00•$35.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
Shift:
Monday•Friday | 3:00 PM•11:00 PM Grease, Grit & Good Pay. Maintenance Technician Wanted. Every shop needs that one person who can fix anything. If that's you, we're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the crew. Steady work, solid pay, and the respect you deserve.
Bring This:
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing setting Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Experience in troubleshooting equipment such as conveyors, inserters, and forklifts Ability to read schematics and perform wiring, conduit, and air line installation Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance programs Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Able to lift 70 lbs.
Preferred:
Experience with direct mail or press equipment Leadership ability to mentor and train other technicians
Do This:
Execute equipment tear-downs, rebuilds, and repairs to minimize downtime Perform routine and advanced maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and respond quickly to production interruptions Conduct preventive maintenance, including lubrication and scheduled inspections Install replacement parts and manage maintenance inventory Set up machines for production and ensure operational readiness Monitor equipment performance and identify potential failures proactively Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Follow all safety standards, including OSHA, lock-out/tag-out, and HazCom procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment
