• 5:30 AM (overtime as needed)

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the backbone of our automated distribution center — keeping critical systems running smoothly and jumping in when things need fixing. On any given night, you'll: Own the floor — maintain and troubleshoot cutting-edge systems like: AutoStore robotics Dematic conveyor systems Packsize packaging equipment (x4 & x7) Keep operations moving — diagnose issues fast and get equipment back online with minimal downtime Run preventative maintenance — stay ahead of breakdowns across: Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, and facility systems Be the go-to expert (SME) — identify opportunities to improve system performance and efficiency Support the full facility — from fire/life safety systems to lighting, cleanliness, and overall building upkeep Partner across teams — collaborate with Operations, IT, HR, and outside vendors to keep everything aligned Stay safety-focused — follow all PPE, OSHA, and facility standards while proactively addressing hazards

What We're Looking For:

You don't have to know everything—but you do need to know your way around tools, systems, and problem-solving. High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years of maintenance or technical experience Hands-on experience with: Tools, repairs, and troubleshooting Automated systems, conveyors, or robotics (huge plus) Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Comfortable using systems/software to track and manage work Ability to lift up to 70 lbs consistently and up to 90 lbs via a team-lift

Work Environment:

Distribution center environment with exposure to moving equipment and varying temperatures Requires standing, walking, lifting, and working with tools and machinery Must be able to work overnight shift and overtime as needed

• $19.51
• $31.99
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
