In this role, you will help maintain, repair, and improve residential properties while delivering a high-quality customer experience. From minor repairs and installations to general property upkeep, you will play a direct role in helping homeowners keep their properties functional, safe, and well-maintained. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable handling a wide variety of home maintenance tasks with professionalism and care. Responsibilities Perform general residential repairs and maintenance tasks including basic carpentry, drywall repair, caulking, fixture replacement, painting touch-ups, and minor plumbing repairs. Install or repair items such as shelving, ceiling fans, faucets, door hardware, blinds, cabinets, smart home devices, and mounted fixtures. Complete routine property maintenance tasks while ensuring a clean and professional finish. Conduct basic property inspections to identify maintenance concerns or recommended repairs. Safely utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks efficiently and correctly. Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer service during service visits. Maintain accurate notes and updates regarding completed work and property conditions through company systems and applications. Support seasonal property maintenance and home improvement projects as needed. Qualifications Previous handyman, maintenance, property services, or residential construction experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of common home maintenance and repair tasks. Comfortable using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to problem-solve and adapt to a variety of residential service situations. Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and professionalism. Good communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Ability to lift and carry equipment/materials as required. Preferred Experience Drywall patching and repair Fixture and hardware installation Basic plumbing repairs Paint touch-ups and finishing TV mounting and shelving installation Smart home device installation Property punch-list servicing General residential maintenance Additional Information Company-provided tools and equipment available for daily operations.
