In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. Assist with construction or renovation projects by providing technical support and ensuring all work adheres to safety standards. Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during major maintenance or repair projects to ensure timely completion. Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime and operational disruptions. Skills Strong appliance repair skills with the ability to diagnose and fix various mechanical issues efficiently. Proven experience as a service technician with knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Expertise in HVAC/R systems including air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment. Mechanical knowledge encompassing equipment repair, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with construction practices related to facility maintenance or upgrades. Leadership qualities with the ability to guide junior technicians or coordinate team efforts effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail for precise diagnostics and repairs.
