We are seeking experienced and reliable Floor Technicians to perform high-quality stripping, buffing, and waxing services across various commercial sites. This position requires attention to detail, knowledge of floor maintenance equipment, and a commitment to excellence in floor care.

Responsibilities:

Perform floor care services, including stripping, waxing, and buffing Safely operate floor machines (burnishers, auto scrubbers, etc.) Evaluate floor conditions and select appropriate products and techniques Maintain equipment and adhere to safety standards Deliver prompt, professional service with a customer-first attitude

Qualifications:

Previous experience in floor care is required Familiarity with VCT, vinyl, and tile surfaces Ability to lift equipment and perform physical tasks as needed Strong communication and reliability
