Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and reliable environment by performing a wide range of technical tasks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventative maintenance strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills in a fast-paced setting that values innovation and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems , including gas troubleshooting Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair Service and repair gas appliances Complete drywall repairs, painting, and basic carpentry work Respond to service requests efficiently and professionally Assist with unit turns and preventative maintenance Maintain a clean and safe work environment Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Qualifications:
EPA Certification (required) Strong experience with HVAC systems , including gas Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems Experience with appliance repair (especially gas appliances preferred) Ability to troubleshoot and work independently Reliable, punctual, and consistent Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation schedule

Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
