Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs promptly Turn over and prepare vacant units for move-in Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas Perform general repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, cleaning) Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and inventory Participate in rotating on-call schedule Perform other duties as neededMinimum Qualifications:
