Maintenance Technician (Level 1-4) Hiring 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
JOB SUMMARY
Perform daily maintenance tasks, repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment in a fast-paced production environment. Ensure smooth operations by troubleshooting issues, replacing parts, and maintaining a safe workspace. Respond to emergencies and support production across multiple departments.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble production equipment.
- Examine parts for defects, breakage, or excessive wear.
- Repair or replace malfunctioning components.
- Clean, lubricate, and adjust equipment.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas, including shop and surrounding spaces.
- Respond to emergency call-ins within 30 minutes.
- Support operations across all production departments.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance, including electrical systems troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance, machinery repair, and parts replacement.
- Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, pipe fitting, sheet metal fabrication, and electrical wiring.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and perform timely repairs.
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, precision instruments, and electrical testing equipment.
- Understanding of workplace safety standards.
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and basic math skills.
- English literacy for reading, writing, and comprehension.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in cold, wet production environments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload.
- Interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Comfort working near animal byproducts.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Shift Differential:
+$1.50/hour for 2nd or 3rd shiftBonus:
Not guaranteed; potential to earn up to $120/week based on KPI performanceOvertime:
Paid at 1.5x regular hourly rate for hours worked over 40 per week

Available (includes financial assistance and temporary housing support)Note:
This position is slated to start as a contract to hire but could be direct hire depending on candidate background/experience.Pay:
