This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and the experience to complete jobs with minimal supervision.
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE WITH GOOD DRIVING RECORD.
Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial maintenance and repair work Diagnose and troubleshoot building, mechanical, and maintenance issues Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, door and window repairs Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs Lead and assist junior technicians as needed Communicate with customers, property managers, and office staff Document work completed with photos and notes Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Identify additional repair needs and communicate findings to management Finish drywall and paint Comfortable with window and door installation Qualifications Minimum 5 years of maintenance, construction, or renovation experience Strong knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general repairs Basic plumbing and electrical experience required Ability to work independently and make field decisions Roofing and siding repairs Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 75 pounds and work on ladders, roofs, and crawl spaces Must pass background check and drug screening Preferred Qualifications Experience in residential property maintenance Experience leading crews or managing projects Trade certifications are a plus Ability to estimate repairs and identify scope of work What Success Looks Like Shows up on time and prepared every day Completes work without constant supervision, on time and correctly the first time Produces quality workmanship the first time Maintains a positive attitude with customers and coworkers Helps train and develop newer technicians Takes ownership of projects and company reputation Please contact Ted Lilly - 804-605-4958
