Duties Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial settings. Address plumbing issues, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures. Conduct electrical repairs such as replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures. Assemble furniture and equipment as needed. Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to enhance the appearance of properties. Install doors, windows, and cabinetry with precision. Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Skills Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting techniques. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various issues effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship on all tasks. Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in maintenance work. A valid driver's license is preferred for transportation to job sites.
