Maintenance Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of residential apartment communities. Your expertise will ensure that residents enjoy a comfortable living environment by promptly addressing maintenance requests, performing repairs, and conducting routine inspections. Duties Respond swiftly to maintenance requests from residents, prioritizing safety and efficiency. Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. Maintain detailed records of work performed to ensure transparency and accountability. Support resident relations by providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns professionally, and ensuring their satisfaction with maintenance services. After hours on-call will be required on a rotating schedule. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or residential property management. Skilled in residential carpentry, plumbing, and general repair techniques. Ability to use software for work order management and record keeping. Strong understanding of safety procedures. Excellent communication skills.
