What You'll Do Handle a variety of repair, maintenance, and improvement projects for residential and commercial clients Perform work including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, minor plumbing, and light electrical Diagnose issues and recommend practical solutions to customers Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Communicate clearly with clients to set expectations and ensure satisfaction Prepare and present estimates for additional work when needed Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and job site What We're Looking For 10+ years of experience in maintenance, handyman, or construction work Strong multi-trade skillset (carpentry, drywall, light plumbing/electrical) Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule in the field Comfortable interacting directly with customers Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license with a good driving record Own basic tools required for daily work Reside within Northern Virginia service area Fluent in English What You Get Consistent, year-round workload (no slow seasons) Company van + gas card provided Competitive pay: $25 - $45/hour (based on experience) Bonus opportunities + tips Paid vacation and holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Supportive office team handling scheduling and customer communication Opportunities for advancement as we grow Schedule Full-time Monday - Friday (day shift) Occasional Saturday rotation Why Join Us?
