Job Description

We're looking for skilled tradesman with common sense, experience, and skills across a broad spectrum of home maintenance/repair and remodeling categories to fulfill our Mobile Maintenance Technician position. This requires a wide variety of skill sets in order to perform multiple different types of jobs each day with a high success rate. Painting Plumbing
  • install garbage disposals, new faucet, toilet repair Small electrical
  • outlets, switches Drywall repair
  • Patching using 20 minute.
Able to "turn-over" a rental unit Be able to diagnose situations and repair them on your own The ideal candidate has a strong carpentry background and can "do it all". Must have your own tools fit for many job types. Excellent customer service required. Must be able to communicate situations fluently and effectively. Basic computer/phone skills Must be Friendly with good and clean appearance. Takes pride in work and delivers a great product each time. We provide a company van for work; cover all work related expenses (gas, uniforms, etc) .
