We are looking for Service-Oriented Technicians who are skilled with their tools and great with people. Job Description Perform a variety of repair and maintenance task including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and HVAC work. Respond when needed to resort guest calls as well as in-house work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Must have good communication skills as well as great customer service skills. Four-day workweek including every other weekend off. Good driving record. Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Interacts directly with resort guest and in-house staff General knowledge in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and general maintenance (preferred) Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs. Ability to established and maintain effective relationship with employees, supervisors and general public. Good driving record (required)
