Responsible for carrying out all planned and unplanned maintenance throughout the facility. Working in a retirement community like Covenant Woods is unlike any job you'll ever hold. Qualifications:

Must be high school graduate or equivalent with Technical and/or Apprenticeship training. Must communicate effectively with residence and other staff. Valid Virginia drivers' license required. Must be able to use test equipment, powered and hand mechanical tools, HVAC and electrical tools as well as skilled in drywall repair. Ability to maintain quality and safety standards. Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality. Ability to work closely and professionally with others. Basic computer skills. Two years' experience in construction and remodeling or maintenance preferred or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Type :
