& you will get two days OFF during the week.

Schedule:

8 Hours day, Guaranteed 40 hours

AM Shift:

8am-4pm -

PM Shift:

3pm - 11pm

Pay Rate:

$19.50 per hour

Norfolk, VA 23510 Cornerstone Solutions USA, Is looking for an efficient Hotel Engineer for one of our prestigious hotel located in Norfolk, VA. MUST have knowledge of its duties as well responsibilities and you must have experience within Hotel Only. The ideal candidate MUST meet the following requirements: Availability to work AM & PM Shifts Responsible Detailed Organized Punctual Hard Working person and great customer service, that can offer our guest a pleasant and familiar atmosphere

RESPONSIBILITIES

Able to delegate maintenance and repair tasks effectively while exercising the right degree of supervisory oversight. Maintained all facility repair and work orders. Conducted all preventive maintenance checks in coordination with Chief Engineer. Considerable experience in general hotel maintenance Superior knowledge of air conditioners and refrigeration units Exceptional facility with carpentry painting plumbing and masonry Strong proficiency with HVAC electrical and mechanical systems High skills in troubleshooting electrical equipment issues Excellent ability to interpret documented safety rules Sound customer relations skills Outstanding ability to adhere to safety instruction procedures and policies Respond to requests from special guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Responsible on your Weekly Work Schedule.

Availability:

Sunday-Saturday With 5 days on schedule 2 days off. You Must have a minimal experience of 1-2 years on this industry Within hotel.
