What We're Looking For:

✔ Strong HVAC expertise, including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining systems and heat pumps (MUST HAVE) ✔ Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience ✔ Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.) ✔ EPA Certification for refrigerant handling (preferred — willing to certify you!) ✔ Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative ✔ Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment ✔ Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device ✔ Strong written and verbal English communication skills ✔ A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment ✔
