Hotel Maintenance Engineer 40 Payne Lane, Staunton, VA 24401 From $40,000 a year - Full-time From $40,000 a year - Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Chief Maintenance Engineer to lead our maintenance operations within a Hotel. In this pivotal role, and communication is key. You will oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of systems to ensure seamless operations processes. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and reliability across all maintenance activities, fostering a proactive maintenance culture that minimizes downtime and maximizes operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Diagnose faults and implement effective repair solutions Develop and execute maintenance schedules and procedures Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Coordinate with other staff to reduce downtime Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment Support continuous improvement and reliability projects The ability to Maintain and follow a budget
