Position Location This position is located in Sterling, Virginia. Job Overview The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all building systems, equipment, and machinery.

Responsibilities Essential Duties & Job Functions:

Performs routine inspections, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Addresses any facility-related issues that arise. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements Mandatory:

High School Diploma. Must have training certification and annual continuing education certificates in related field. Must have EPA 608 Certification. Must have active SECRET security clearance. Must be able to read and write the English language.

Preferred:

Experience with Maximo.
