We specialize in providing high-quality services to offices, retail establishments, restaurants, and other commercial facilities. Our "In-House Technicians" are sought after, knowledgeable, experienced, career professionals who live and work throughout our mid-Atlantic coverage area that includes PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, and WV.

What you can expect:

Bi-weekly pay| 90 Day Evaluation Period (potential pay increase based on performance) |Monday through Friday | Vehicle maintenance (Managed by others) | Office Support | Performance reviews | Casual atmosphere | Significant amount of driving every day Ideal skills include knowledge of repair for (but not limited to): Asphalt and concrete repair/patching and brick/cinder block work. Ballasts and light electrical work Laminate fabrication/repair for cabinetry and counters. Caulk, spackle, painting, grouting, and other finishing work. Ceramic, VCT, ceiling, and other tile work Commercial doors and hardware, including closers, panic bars, etc. Framing, drywall, FRP Fences, installing new drop ceiling grid, cove base molding. Flushometers and other light plumbing Moving/hauling, pest control, demolition, glasswork Welding (a plus)

Requirements:

High school or equivalent Valid Driver's License Safe driver with a clean record that can operate a large service van. Clean criminal record No substance abuse. Ability to work independently/ unsupervised. Professional appearance Excellent professional communication skills Proven troubleshooting/technical skills Experienced in multiple areas of repair. Tech-savvy (job "paperwork" is managed on a smartphone) Experience (3 years minimum) Fluent English speaking United States work authorization. Safety minded. (Safety toe shoes are mandatory, and PPE as required per task) Cleanliness and organization of company tools, equipment, and vehicle
