Job Summary Suburban Builders is growing, and we are looking for individuals who take pride in their work. we specialize in residential renovations, remodeling, repairs, and construction projects. We are a small family-owned company and offer growth opportunities, a supportive team environment, and steady work. We are looking for workers who can show up on time, have a strong work ethic, take pride in quality work, communicate professionally with costumers and teammates, and are willing to learn and grow. Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot and repair various workorders. Read and interpret workorders and job descriptions. Lead small maintenance projects or assist construction teams during large upgrades or renovations. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference. Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime and operational disruptions. Experience Some construction experience preferred but a positive attitude, reliability and willingness to work and go a long way
