Role Description As an HVAC/R Preventative Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role is crucial in helping customers avoiding costly repairs, ensuring their systems run efficiently, and extending equipment lifespan.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on HVAC/R systems, including inspection, cleaning, and tuning. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to ensure equipment operates at an optimal efficiency. Complete necessary repairs or replacements to keep systems in compliance with safety and operational standards. Maintain accurate maintenance records and provide detailed reports and provide detailed reports on services performed. Assist with emergency repairs and provide recommendations for system improvements. Ensure adherence to company and client safety protocols.

Job Requirements:

Proven knowledge and experience in HVAC/R Preventative maintenance (commercial experience preferred) Strong understanding of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems. EPA certification required. Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Valid Driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
