Fence Installer/Laborer

Responsibilities Assist with the installation of fences using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Measure and mark layout lines accurately to ensure proper fence alignment and height Perform heavy lifting of materials such as posts, panels, concrete blocks, and landscape materials Support masonry work including concrete forming, finishing, and landscape hardscape projects Operate hand tools like hammers, saws, drills, and levels to assemble fencing components Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and maintaining a clean work area Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents on the construction site Support concrete forming and finishing tasks for foundational or decorative purposes Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, mulching, or installing hardscape features Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards Experience Prior experience in fence installation preferred. Familiarity with frame carpentry techniques and masonry work enhances your fit for this role Knowledge of welding and concrete finishing techniques is a plus but not required Experience working on construction sites with heavy lifting and power tools is ideal Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing Hands-on experience with landscape maintenance or hardscape installation is beneficial Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality workmanship Drivers license and transportation to work required.
