Hotel Maintenance

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities through regular maintenance and repairs. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Maintenance Person will work closely with other team members to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment. Duties Perform routine maintenance tasks including electrical repairs, plumbing, flooring repairs, and HVAC units upkeep. Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues that require attention. Fabricate components as needed for repairs or improvements within the facility. Assist in painting projects to maintain aesthetic standards. Keeping parking lot clean. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with team members to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Work with teams on larger maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, flooring and general repair techniques. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with team members and customers. Previous experience in residential painting is advantageous but not mandatory.
