Job Description
House Doctors of Hampton Roads is growing and looking for a highly skilled, customer-focused Remodeler/Handyman to join our team. We are seeking an experienced craftsman who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates professionally, and can complete a wide variety of residential and light commercial projects. What You'll Do Perform residential remodeling and repair projects Install doors, windows, trim, cabinets, and flooring Complete drywall repairs, painting, and carpentry work Perform deck, fence, and exterior repairs Handle basic plumbing and electrical fixture installations Diagnose problems and provide solutions in the field Maintain a clean and safe job site Communicate professionally with homeowners and property managers Qualifications 10+ years of hands-on remodeling, maintenance, or handyman experience preferred Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, trim work, and general repairs Basic plumbing and electrical experience required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional appearance and positive attitude Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience ($25-$35+ per hour) Company vehicle opportunities for qualified candidates Consistent year-round work Paid holidays and vacation Professional, team-oriented environment Opportunity for advancement into lead technician and project management roles About Us House Doctors of Hampton Roads is a professional handyman and remodeling company serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Hampton Roads area.
