Colchester, Burlington & South Burlington, VT Come Grow With Us! We're seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to our communities. As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform general building maintenance and repairs in our multifamily apartment communities located in Colchester, Burlington, and South Burlington . While prior maintenance experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidates who demonstrate reliability, initiative, and a strong work ethic. Technicians will handle routine service requests, preventative maintenance, and on-demand repairs. This position requires participation in an on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies once trained. Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across multiple properties Complete unit turns Complete work orders efficiently, with attention to detail and resident satisfaction Diagnose and repair basic HVAC and appliance issues (training provided if needed) Respond to emergency maintenance calls as part of the on-call rotation Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and service goals Maintain strong communication and customer service with residents and colleagues Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required) Willingness to learn and be trained in building systems, HVAC, and appliance repair Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail General maintenance or construction experience preferred, but not required Must be able to participate in an on-call rotation Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
