Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:00/4:30pm (end time varies depending on return travel)

Location:

to the main office daily; travel with team/supervisors to job sites throughout Vermont and New York Position Overview We are seeking dependable Property Maintenance Personnel to join our team. This role requires reporting to the office each morning and traveling with supervisors to multiple job sites across Vermont and New York. Candidates must have flexibility with work hours, as project locations can impact return time to the office. This position involves outdoor, hands?on work across a variety of property management functions. Key Responsibilities Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance Mowing, pruning, planting, mulching General exterior upkeep across multiple shopping centers Patrolling shopping centers to maintain clean and presentable exterior areas Property Maintenance & Light Construction Exterior demolition and removal of stonework Light carpentry tasks Drywall work (patching, repairs, installation) Fence installation and repair Painting Installation of various fixtures as assigned General Follow direction from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team Maintain safety standards and a clean work environment at all job sites Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements Ability and willingness to travel to multiple job sites daily Flexibility with end times due to travel requirements Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Required PPE:

Pay Details:
