Pay:
$24.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Duties:
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs as needed
  • Diagnose equipment issues and implement corrective actions
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
  • Complete maintenance work orders and documentation accurately
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
  • Ensurepliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, andanized work environment
Qualifications:
  • Previous maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, production, food manufacturing, or related environments
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems preferred
  • Ability to read blues, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Experience with conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, or production equipment is a plus
  • Welding, fabrication, or PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving andmunication skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work around machinery and manufacturing equipment

Pay Details:
