Building Maintenance Technician-Pools

The Quechee Club is seeking the perfect person to maintain our pools for the summer season, The Pool Maintenance Technician at The Quechee Club is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency our pools. This role ensures a high-quality experience for members and guests by upholding the Club's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning of pools, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and tile maintenance Test and balance pool and spa water chemistry to meet health and safety standards Monitor and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chemical feeders Conduct routine inspections of all aquatic facilities to ensure safe operation Perform backwashing, filter maintenance, and water level management Identify, troubleshoot, and report mechanical or safety issues promptly Maintain accurate logs of chemical readings, maintenance activities, and repairs Ensure compliance with Vermont health codes and Club safety policies Assist in seasonal opening and closing of outdoor pools Support other Facilities or Grounds operations as needed Quechee Lakes, located in the town of Hartford, Vermont is a 5,500-acre Community with 1,400 homes that is renowned for the award-winning, four season Quechee Club.
