Outdoor Commonland Maintenance Technician

We're hiring full-time seasonal Laborers & Groundskeepers to help care for the beautiful common land and landscaped areas at The Quechee Club—including exciting trail work and expansion projects. You'll spend your days outside making a real impact on the landscape people enjoy every day.

What to expect:

Full-time seasonal role (40+ hours/week, April-November) Typical hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (with some weekends & holidays) Early spring start in our Commonland department Opportunity to grow into a full-time, benefit-eligible position in the fall What we're looking for: Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Some landscaping or outdoor work experience preferred Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license What you'll love: Competitive pay Free use of the golf course & club facilities Employee food discounts A great team and an even better place to work If you like the idea of working outside, building trails, and being part of something rewarding, we'd love to have you on the team!
