Shop Technician Sign & Graphics Production

Awesome Graphics, Inc. is looking for a dependable, motivated Shop Technician to join our growing sign and graphics team. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced creative production environment where no two days are the same. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality work, and can work independently while staying organized and productive.

Responsibilities:

Assist with sign fabrication and production Vinyl weeding, masking, laminating, and application Operate production equipment and shop tools Prepare materials for installs and deliveries Maintain a clean and organized workspace Assist with vehicle graphics and signage projects Load/unload materials and help with general shop operations

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and punctual Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools Ability to lift 50+ lbs when needed Strong attention to detail Works well independently and with a team Experience in signs, graphics, construction, printing, or fabrication is a plus — but we are willing to train the right person
